Our adult programs range from coaches classes to independent rowing opportunities and are open to adults ages 18+.
2020 Adult Programs
The WRA Winter Conditioning Program is designed by our coaches to build strength and endurance safely during the winter season to prepare our athletes for the Spring season. Winter Training is open to ALL rowers, no experience necessary.

- 8:00-9:30 AM
- January 6 – 29
- Tuesday & Thursday
- 6:00 – 7:30 PM
- January 8 – 30
- Water practice will begin the first week of February and will run through mid-June.
- Registration will be available mid-December.
